Book Club Ready publishes practical resources for small, adult book clubs. Our standard is usefulness without invented expertise. This policy applies to guides, recommendations, activities, and downloadable materials.
Research and accuracy
We use original writing and identify sources for factual claims when readers need to check them. Publisher and author materials, library information, and other primary sources take priority for book details. Prices, availability, release dates, and product features can change; we identify the relevant country and currency where those details matter.
Experience and recommendations
A recommendation is an editorial judgment, not a promise that every reader will enjoy a book. We distinguish firsthand reading or testing from research-based suggestions. We do not invent reader testimonials, credentials, attendance figures, or personal experience.
AI-assisted work
AI tools may help us brainstorm, structure, and draft content or create illustrations. Their output is not evidence. Factual claims, quotations, book details, and links should be checked before publication. Generated imagery is illustrative, not evidence of a real event or product test.
Spoilers and respectful discussion
Book-specific discussion guides should clearly warn readers before significant plot details or endings. General prompts are designed to work without a shared opinion. We encourage disagreement about ideas while respecting fellow readers.
Our four-country audience
We write for readers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We avoid treating one country’s prices, seasons, holidays, library services, or publishing dates as universal. When a guide uses measurements, regional terminology, or seasonal ideas, we aim to make the context clear.
Commercial independence

Corrections
If a factual detail is wrong, email info@bookclubready.com with the page and supporting information. We will review the issue and correct material errors. Substantial changes should include an update note; minor spelling or formatting fixes may not.
Copyright and access
We create our own discussion prompts and activities. We do not reproduce entire books or third-party paid guides. Short attributed quotations may be used where appropriate. We aim for readable layouts, descriptive links, useful image descriptions, and resources that do not depend on colour alone.
